Will you help me?
A personal sharing about the practitioner
In the past few days, I have been thinking about the purpose of starting this newsletter. I wanted to review my intention and direction.
As some of you may know, I'm on the mission to help and support more people in making positive changes where they work or live. I call them **The Practitioners**. It's beyond their job title. I mean, a CEO can be a practitioner as well as a teacher can be. It's about practicing, experiencing, and using self as an instrument of change.
I think, in such a polarized world with more complexity and global issues, we actively need to learn to collaborate and solve problems together.
By my writings, I'm trying to help people strengthen collaboration and make positive change.
For more than 10 years, I have written hundreds of articles (In Persian) about personal development, organizational development, and even daily life experiences as a facilitator or a coach. It was a privilege to reach thousands of audiences. For me, starting this newsletter was an act of lifting language as a barrier of communication to know more people and explore the world from different angles.
Writing is a constant learning journey. For me, it's like boarding a ship and steering to undiscovered land or even rediscovering a discovered land again to gain a deeper understanding of it.
I think life is not just about discovering new lands but rediscovering the grounds we are or were in. It's not just about visiting but about revisiting. In revisiting, we can activate our curiosity and ask questions to find new opportunities.
By starting this newsletter and publishing articles, I'm trying to reach people who have a common concern about positive change. People Who want to discover new lands and rediscover where they are. In this journey, I'm not a guide or a captain. I'm a traveler. I learn as much as others may learn.
This newsletter has 30 subscribers from Iran, the US, Malaysia, England, Canada, and maybe other places I don't know. In July and August, Articles have been read more than 1200 times from sharing content on social media.
My next target is to reach 100 subscribers from different countries.
For this, I want to ask for your help.
Will you help that we become a 100 member community? Are you in?
I do appreciate sending what was helpful for you to your friends and invite them to subscribe. As always, I’m eager to hear from you about what you seek in your journey. Please let me know how can I help.
